Who should receive your request?
If your request concerns a Store Contact record, Protocol Notification, Protocol Submission, location, comment, image or review result, send it to the organization that requested the work when that organization is identified in your notice.
ASAI Labs is the controller for its own account administration, authentication, service security, direct support and privacy-case records. Email privacy@asailabs.com for those requests or when you are not sure who the controller is.

What happens next?
We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity where there are reasonable doubts. An identity-document copy is not required by default.
The controller normally responds without undue delay and within one month. That period may be extended by two further months for complex or numerous requests, with notice and reasons given within the first month.
You may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. ASAI Labs' lead supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
